How do we get more people working in care faster, and how do we reduce the pressure on practice supervisors? Those pressing questions were the focus of the regional event hosted by UMC Utrecht and Tergooi Medisch Centrum. Floow.ai was invited to share answers from practice during a working session.
Together with Emilie Hoeks-Mol of ROC Midden Nederland, the Floow.ai team took the stage to show how we break the well-known 'training paradox'. Using the successful practical case at Het Gastenhuis, they demonstrated how deploying our platform speeds up intake while at the same time reducing the supervision burden in the workplace.
The presentation of this innovative approach struck a chord in the room, among others with GGD Utrecht, innovative hospitals and various Utrecht care organisations. The session offered concrete inspiration for the Utrecht region to reduce supervision pressure and accelerate intake.
