A wonderful milestone: the first participants of the joint ADL programme with Het Gastenhuis and ROC Midden Nederland have officially graduated! At the locations in Soesterberg, Leusden, Voorschoten and Amsterdam Overhoeks, proud care colleagues received their well-earned ADL certificate from ROC Midden Nederland.
The innovative programme is designed specifically to lower the threshold into the care sector and speed up intake. Participants learn directly in practice through the Floow.ai app, practise in the workplace and receive guidance via the Floow.ai platform.
This method shows that training works better when it is directly woven into daily practice. It is not only a personal victory and a career leap for the graduates themselves, but also a direct boost for the care teams who can use the extra hands. The successful initiative even drew the attention of the national media; the full story behind the programme was recently featured in a broadcast of Hart van Nederland.
