It's a celebration at Het Gastenhuis, ROC Midden Nederland and Floow.ai! The very first participants of the jointly developed ADL programme have officially graduated. To mark this success and capture the innovative learning pathway, a photo shoot took place at the beautiful Het Gastenhuis location in Voorschoten, with two of the graduates among those taking part.
The ADL programme (Algemene Dagelijkse Levensverrichtingen — activities of daily living), which Floow.ai developed in close collaboration with Het Gastenhuis and ROC Midden Nederland, is proving its worth straight away. Participants Denise and Mandy had no background in care before starting. Thanks to their hard work, combined with good guidance and practising directly in the workplace with Floow.ai, they now have their certificate in hand. A flying start to a great career in the care sector!
The learning pathway is built entirely around the vision of the three partners: learning while you work, so that learners can get going quickly. Participants at Gastenhuis locations in Soesterberg, Leusden, Voorschoten and Amsterdam Overhoeks followed the theory through the app and applied it directly in practice under supervision. This not only speeds up the intake of new talent, but also relieves the existing teams. Freshly qualified Denise and Mandy said they were very enthusiastic about the programme and have already caught the bug for learning in care. Both want to keep developing.
The successful photo shoot with photographer Martine Goulmy captures the energy of this programme beautifully. With thanks to the enthusiastic graduates, location managers, work supervisor and their clients for the warm atmosphere. The images will appear on our website soon.
